If you are not prompted to the questionnaire page after registration, you will also receive a welcome email with the link to the questionnaire link to fill out your information.

Profile Creation Timeline

Once we have a completed questionnaire, we will create your profile, and send you the link within 3 Business Days

Updating Your Profile

In your welcome email, you will receive a link that allows you to send us new video or information to keep your profile up to date. If you lose the email or need the link resent to you, just reach out to us through the contact button on the homepage. We will resend it to you.
